SL series linear vibrating screen is featured by simple and compact structure, high production capacity and low maintenance requirements.
Product overview:
Developed independently by Liming Heavy Industry, SL Series Linear Vibrating Screen builds upon years of expertise in the design, manufacturing, and application of screening equipment. Incorporating advanced technologies from both domestic and international sources, the SL Series offers a simple and compact structure, high throughput capacity, and minimal maintenance requirements, earning widespread recognition from users.
Applications: Metallurgy, coal, aggregates, and other industries.
Working principle:
The SL linear vibrating screen is driven by dual vibration motors or dual-shaft exciters (featuring four SV exciters or side-mounted motors) that rotate in opposite directions to achieve self-synchronous vibration.
As the eccentric blocks rotate, they generate a rated exciting force that drives the screen body to vibrate linearly. The material is projected and moves forward in a straight line along the screen surface. With its high-frequency (1000–1500 rpm) and low-amplitude operation, the screen delivers outstanding performance in dewatering, desliming, and fine classification.
Key Features & Advantages of :
1. High Capacity and Efficiency
The SL linear screen adopts international leading design concepts and manufacturing techniques. Its screen box features a reinforced beam structure, achieving a maximum vibration intensity of 4.8G, resulting in over 20% higher performance compared with conventional models.
2. High-Strength Bolted Structure, No Welds on Side Plates
All structural components are connected with high-strength torsion-shear bolts (tensile strength up to 900 MPa), ensuring superior fastening strength and easy replacement.
This design eliminates welding on side plates, effectively avoiding micro-cracks caused by improper riveting and preventing stress-induced cracking from weld seams.
3. Powerful Drive, Stable and Reliable
The “H” models are equipped with SV modular exciters, while other models use Italian-brand vibration motors. Excitation force is adjustable, components are highly interchangeable, and the drive system is both reliable and easy to maintain.
4. Modular Design for Quick Replacement
All models are equipped with modular screen panels, polyurethane discharge liners, and side guards. The screen deck adopts a track-mounted embedded clamping structure, compatible with standard modular panels of 305×610 mm and 305×305 mm, allowing for fast and convenient replacement.
5. Rubber Spring Support — Stable and Durable
The use of rubber springs provides smoother and quieter operation compared with traditional metal springs. They offer greater load-bearing capacity, longer service life, lower noise, and reduced vibration transmission to the foundation, ensuring stable and durable performance.
